Welcome to JDI Central (“JDI Central”). Before you proceed with your Employer signup, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). By signing up as an Employer on JDI Central, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with the signup process.

Employer Account:
1.1. Eligibility: To become a registered employer on JDI Central, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to engage in business and hire freelancers in your respective jurisdiction.
1.2. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the signup process. This includes your company’s details, contact information, and any other information required by JDI Central. -
Employer Responsibilities:
2.1. Project Posting: As an employer on JDI Central, you may post projects to hire freelancers or software agencies for specific services. You agree to provide clear and accurate project descriptions, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget expectations.
2.2. Selection of Freelancers or Software Agencies: You are responsible for reviewing freelancers or software agencies profiles and proposals, conducting interviews (if necessary), and selecting freelancers or software agencies best suited for your project needs.
2.3. Timely Communication: You agree to promptly respond to freelancer or software agency inquiries, provide feedback, and maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project engagement.
2.4. Payment: You agree to make timely payments for completed projects through the JDI Central’s designated payment gateway as per the agreed-upon terms with the freelancer or software agency. -
Prohibited Activities:
3.1. Violation of Laws: As an employer on JDI Central, you shall not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
3.2. Misrepresentation: You shall not misrepresent your project details, intentions, or any other information during the signup process, project postings, or communications with freelancers.
3.3. Violation of JDI Central Policies: You shall not engage in any activity that violates the JDI Central’s policies, including spamming, fraudulent activities, or any other form of abuse. -
Intellectual Property:
4.1. Ownership: You retain the intellectual property rights to any pre-existing work you provide to freelancers or software agencies for project purposes.
4.2. Deliverables: Upon successful completion of a project and full payment, you shall gain ownership of the deliverables produced by the freelancer or the software agency, subject to any licensing or usage agreements established between you and the freelancer or software agency. -
Payments and Fees:
5.1. Payment Terms: All payments for freelancer of software agency services will be processed through JDI Central’s designated payment gateway. You agree to the JDI Central’s payment policies and acknowledge that JDI Central may deduct applicable service fees before processing payments to freelancers or software agencies.
5.2. Dispute Resolution: In case of any payment disputes or discrepancies, you agree to cooperate with JDI Central to resolve the issue promptly. -
Termination:
6.1. Account Termination: JDI Central reserves the right to terminate your employer account at its discretion if you violate any of these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.
6.2. Effect of Termination: Upon account termination, you will lose access to JDI Central’s services, and any ongoing projects may be affected. -
Amendments:
7.1. JDI Central reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the email associated with your account.
7.2. Continued Use: By continuing to use JDI Central after the changes to the Terms have been communicated, you agree to the updated Terms. -
Governing Law:
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Miscellaneous:
9.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Freelance Job JDI Central concerning your use of JDI Central’s services as an employer, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
9.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

[Terms and Conditions for Freelancer Sign Up]
Welcome to JDI Central (“JDI Central”). Before you proceed with your Freelancer signup, please read and understand the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). By signing up as a Freelancer on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with the signup process.

Freelancer Account:
1.1. Eligibility: To become a registered freelancer on JDI Central, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in your respective jurisdiction.
1.2. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the signup process. This includes your personal details, qualifications, skills, experience, and any other information required by JDI Central. -
Freelancer Responsibilities:
2.1. Professional Conduct: As a freelancer on the JDI Central, you agree to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, honesty, and integrity while interacting with clients and other users of JDI Central.
2.2. Delivery of Services: You agree to provide the services you have been hired for in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to the agreed-upon terms with the Employer/Agency.
2.3. Communication: Promptly respond to employer inquiries, provide regular updates on project progress, and communicate effectively and professionally with employers.
2.4. Work Quality: Deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds the employer’s expectations and complies with the JDI Central’s policies and guidelines.
2.5. Intellectual Property: You retain the rights to any pre-existing intellectual property you use in your work. However, by accepting these Terms, you grant the employer a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose. -
Payments and Fees:
3.1. Payment Terms: All payments for completed projects will be processed through the JDI Central’s designated payment gateway. You agree to the JDI Central’s payment policies and acknowledge that JDI Central may deduct applicable service fees before disbursing payments to you.
3.2. Dispute Resolution: In case of any payment disputes or discrepancies, you agree to cooperate with JDI Central to resolve the issue promptly. -

4.2. Misrepresentation: You shall not misrepresent your qualifications, skills, experience, or any other information in your profile or during project engagements.
4.3. Violation of JDI Central Policies: You shall not engage in any activity that violates the Platform’s policies, including spamming, fraudulent activities, or any other form of abuse. -
Intellectual Property:
5.1. Ownership: You retain the intellectual property rights to your pre-existing work. However, any work created or delivered through JDI Central shall be subject to the intellectual property rights and terms agreed upon between you and the employer.
5.2. License to JDI Central: By using JDI Central, you grant JDI Central a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your public profile and publicly shared work for promotional purposes. -
Termination:
6.1. Account Termination: JDI Central reserves the right to terminate your freelancer account at its discretion if you violate any of these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.
6.2. Effect of Termination: Upon account termination, you will lose access to the JDI Central’s services, and any ongoing projects may be affected. Completed projects and associated payments will not be affected. -

Welcome to JDI Central (“JDI Central”). Before your Software Agency proceeds with the signup process, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). By signing up as a software agency on JDI Central, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with the signup process.

Software Agency Account:
1.1. Eligibility: To become a registered software agency on JDI Central, you must be a legally established and recognized entity with the appropriate licenses and permissions to offer software-related services.
1.2. Accuracy of Information: As a software agency, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the signup process. This includes your agency’s details, team members’ qualifications, skills, experience, and any other information required by JDI Central. -
Agency Responsibilities:
2.1. Professional Conduct: As a software agency on JDI Central, you agree to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, honesty, and integrity while interacting with clients and other users of JDI Central.
2.2. Project Commitments: When you accept a project, you commit to completing it in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to the agreed-upon terms with the employer.
2.3. Communication: Promptly respond to employer inquiries, provide regular updates on project progress, and communicate effectively and professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
2.4. Team Qualifications: Ensure that all team members working on JDI Central possess the required qualifications, skills, and expertise to deliver high-quality work.
2.5. Intellectual Property: Your agency shall retain the intellectual property rights to any pre-existing work used in the projects. However, by accepting these Terms, you grant the employer a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose. -
Payments and Fees:
3.1. Payment Terms: All payments for completed projects will be processed through the JDI Central’s designated payment gateway. The agency agrees to the JDI Central’s payment policies and acknowledges that JDI Central may deduct applicable service fees before disbursing payments.
3.2. Dispute Resolution: In case of any payment disputes or discrepancies, the agency agrees to cooperate with JDI Central to resolve the issue promptly. -

4.2. Misrepresentation: The agency shall not misrepresent its qualifications, skills, experience, or any other information during the signup process, project engagements, or communications with the employer.
4.3. Violation of JDI Central Policies: The agency shall not engage in any activity that violates the JDI Central’s policies, including spamming, fraudulent activities, or any other form of abuse. -
Intellectual Property:
5.1. Ownership: The software agency retains the intellectual property rights to any pre-existing work. However, any work created or delivered through JDI Central shall be subject to the intellectual property rights and terms agreed upon between the agency and the employer.
5.2. License to JDI Central: By using JDI Central, the software agency grants JDI Central a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute the agency’s public profile and publicly shared work for promotional purposes. -
Termination:
6.1. Account Termination: JDI Central reserves the right to terminate the software agency’s account at its discretion if the agency violates any of these Terms or engages in any prohibited activities.

Amendments:

7.2. Continued Use: By continuing to use JDI Central after the changes to the Terms have been communicated, the software agency agrees to the updated Terms. -

Miscellaneous:
9.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between the Software Agency and Freelance Job JDI Central regarding the use of JDI Central’s services. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.
9.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
